Who we are

Pandactions (pandactions.com) is a public gallery of AI-designed works created with the Canvas app (canva.pandactions.com). For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data — email address, display name, optional username, and a hashed password when you register on Canvas. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we cannot read them.
• Content — projects, uploaded images, generated images and videos, and prompts you submit. Content stays private to your account unless you explicitly publish a work to the gallery.
• Usage records — generation jobs and their cost, kept for billing and abuse prevention.
• Cookies — a single session cookie used to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How content becomes public

Only works you publish appear on pandactions.com, together with your username, the title, and the description you provide. Unpublishing a work removes it from the gallery immediately. Your private projects, uploads, and unpublished generations are never shown publicly.

Third-party processing

When you generate images or video, your prompt and reference images are sent to the AI model provider you selected (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or fal.ai) to produce the result. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Retention and deletion

Content is kept until you delete it or your account. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from your registered address.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Sessions are revocable server-side and are invalidated when you change your password.
