The service

Pandactions provides Canvas, an AI design tool (canva.pandactions.com), and this public gallery (pandactions.com). By creating an account or browsing the gallery you agree to these terms.

Your content

• You keep all rights you hold in the content you upload and the works you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload as input.
• By publishing a work to the gallery you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it publicly until you unpublish it.
• AI-generated output may be subject to the terms of the underlying model provider; you are responsible for how you use it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create or publish content that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or depicts real people in a deceptive or harmful way;
• constitutes harassment, hate speech, or incitement of violence;
• attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the service or other users' accounts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits and billing

Generation consumes credits corresponding to the real cost of the underlying AI models. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and — except where required by law — non-refundable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages or for the content users publish. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
